Ok guys, some bad and good news. The bad news is that the issue is something that we can't fix for you. The good news is that it's super simple to fix it yourself!
We've determined that the issues with the profile menu, navigation menu and homepage are something you're seeing because you are using an old version of Internet Explorer. Please visit http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/internet-explorer/downloads/ie to upgrade to a more recent version and you'll be all set. You may also choose to use a different browser.

YES! I have the same problem! I've tried all the email addresses and my computer isn't compatible with something or another (?). For now I just keep asking the webcrew to help. You can scroll to the very bottom of the page and access the pages like community or fan club.Let me know if you figure it out.

Same here. and we can't comment on each others profiles anymore. this is rubbish

i lost my comments too i want them back.

I lost everything as well all the chapters and comments.
