I believe Bruno Mars' teeth are real. Besides, it shouldn't matter if they are real or fake. He has a great smile. Some people smile and have terrible teeth, but that doesn't change them as a person. Be happy 'just the way you are' :)
Besides, I had my teeth straightened with braces. Everyone does that... well when I was a kid they did metal braces, but now they do invisalign. It doesnt matter.. A smile is contagious. Be grateful Bruno Mars' has awesome, beautiful teeth :D

No one knows for sure that if his teeth are real or fake because maybe when he was young he had braces and when they were takin off he had really straight teeth.... but bruno is only 25 years old i dont know why he would have fake teeth but it is his disscion... but he did say in an interview that his teeth are all natural but he could of been lying we dont know for sure

If you look off to his left really close you can see that the back of his teeth are a bit off. Like pushed bad a tad bit. Maybe a bit crowded. I noticed it a few days ago. Just sayin'.

he had the same teeth since highschool. you can compare all pictures of him since he was 15.
BUT if you check even his sister's teeth they are naturally white and pretty. they are just blessed.
if there was any, management probably required tooth laser whitening, in which all celebrities undergo.
