Part 2
There was a girl that is a member also and from here. I notice the concert video posted on youtube where I was sitting a row behing her. What a small world :)
So what do you do? Are you a student or have you finished? Working or looking for work? You look young so I guess that you might be at high school or uni? Anyways it's getting late, but this is the only time I get to myself. Pop a comment in or two.
Take care :) Nite

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I used to like footy. I went to the G alot but didn't get to watch much of the games. I was there as a St. John volunteer. But that was a long time ago. Only like it when I'm there but not to watch it on t.v. I'm a fan of baseball. Yesss I did go to the concert here! I had side ticks and at one time a security guard blocked our view. I was so damn mad. I shouted at him to move!! Not great seats but I was there LOL!!

Hi there, Thanks for your feedback. Think I'll join too but not sure when. My partner thinks I'm obsessed, maybe he's just jealous!lol
Just reading comments below. Very funny!! Especially the one from Lea.
I'm actually married to an American, and there are plenty of thoughts about Germans too...that's funny. Fortunately I picked a very handsome man. He looks like Chris Issac and the hot stuff from the series Jag.
Anyways..chat to you soon and let me know how your membership goes.
Thanks :)

I think America isn´t a ideal country! I think most of them are really stupid, fat and don´t care about the environment at all. They think they are the top of the world and everyone should live like them! That´s maybe a bit extreme and not all of them are like that. However I think it´s he majority... that´s how they present themsleves in the Media (have you ever watched american MTV, shows like Jersey Shore or next?).
Yes, I think no one would ask me quetions like 14 years ago. The people would talk to now would be much older and much more informed..:-) The questions were asked by kids....!They are allowed to asked that :-)
Okay, hav a nice weekend...I have to go to work now!
Best wishes!

Hi,
I defenetly will come back to Australia one day. However the flights are really expensive and if I go there I want to stay 3 weeks or longer. The flight is sooooo long that it has to be worth the trouble. I was there in your autumn, in April I think. It was really warm...for us :-) about 25-30 degrees. However we Germans were the only ones who went to a swimming pool. The Aussis couldn´t understand how we could go swimming when it was cold like that..haha! However it was like our Summer temperatures! The last Summers were really hot (35-37 degress) at least for about 3-4 weeks. It was really hot because no one has aircondition here. In some flats there was 30 degrees!!! That´s defenetly much too hot!! Our last winter was really long and really cold We had sooo much snow it was really hard for the drivers. In some streets you weren´t able to park the car! I´m soo happy that it´s spring now..can´t stand the cold temperatures any more!
So you defenetly have to travel in your winter time.
I understand what you mean about the american influence! We have a lot of that here as well and I hate it! Instead of using german words a lot of people, especially in the media, use amrican words in german sentences. F.e. Ihr könnt jetzt "voten" (You can vote now) or "Das ist die neue challenge" (That´s the new challenge) I really hate that! I don´t know why they do it..they probably think that this is really cool and up to date! We also get more and more american sizes for drinks and foot...big bigger american size! In cinemas you can only buy 500ml or more..the 500ml are small!!! That´s so freaky! I don´t understand why we can´t stay how we are.

kortni's picture

haha that's fine. The merchandise had sold out before I could get any though =( But other than that, the concert was AMAZING! I arrived at the concert venue 5 hours early but it was all worth the wait when I got to see Bruno and the band on stage. I was so close to crying when he came on and I was getting worried I was going to faint. The concert was just a week ago from today and I still can't believe I got to see him in concert.
How about you? How was your Bruno Mars concert experience? I've never been to Australia before but I'm assuming the concert must have sold out because you have more people in Australia than here in tiny NZ. Hope you're having a happy Easter too!
I'm hoping the Script will come to NZ for a concert too =D

kortni's picture

Hey!
just wanted to say thanks for responding to my question! =D

Lea_9's picture

Hey Rachel,
in the German comment we talked about a T-shirt competition in witch we can win a Meet and Greet. I just said, that the M&G you could win in Australia only lasted 1 or 2 minutes and that you were only allowed to take one picture. And we asked ourselfes if the M&G here in Germany will be as short. However, there isn´t yet a winner so we don´t know...
I have stayed in Australia for 3 weeks. I visited Sydney and stayed the rest of the time with a familiy in Canberra. It was kind of an exchange. However that was when I was 14...so 14 years ago!! I really loved it there. All the people I have met there were so friendly and extremely interested in us Germans...maybe because we were from the other side of the earth..:-) They really asekd us funny questions....(f.e. if we have Mc Donalds as well or the same kind of houses etc.). Australia is really similar to Europe..more than America. Maybe because of the British influence in Australia..... most of the Americans have european roots as well, but they aren´t european in any way....!
So you want to visit Europe, that´s nice..you´ll like it here..but make sure you travel in our summer time...witch is your winter time...except you like cold weather and snow...;-)
How big was the concert in Malbourne? In Cologne there were about 2500 people.
Do you have easter holiday now as well?
have a nice day..there down under..:-) !

FlyyintoMars's picture

BrUnO-LoVa's picture

yeah!! xDD ehm I have FAcebook!! and you?? :)) it's 18:28 :D and over there?? :))

Lea_9's picture

Hi, you asked me, if I wrote "Aussie" in my comment....yes I did..is there anything wrong about that? Here in Germany "Aussie" is the short form for Australian people, just like "Amis" for American peolple. It´s just a short form and not ment as a degradation. Do you know it in a different way?
Best wishes from Germany...what is your short form for Germn people??
By the way, I love Australia and the"Aussis" I have met there..very friendly and kind people..:-)

Daya_2's picture

you may think I'm boring but be my friend?
:P

GoofyGoober's picture

WHo did you have as opening act?
who you go with?
AWWWWWW tears off happiness are a good thing, it means you had a blast.
Yeah i like the small venues aswell, but iv gotta feeling that'll change next time around. as tickets sold out in minutes with a lot off people not getting them, he'll end up playing huge stadiums which i just hate!!! as there less intamate and the atmosphere is cold. its fun but not as great as small gigs.
Did you take pictures?
sorry for the ,ulti posts, the website is messing with me today =P

GoofyGoober's picture

HELLO=)
Awww Congrats hun, Your first bruno experience.
Im glad you had fun. The atmosphere is amazing isnt it? OMG, How hot is he in person!!!

GoofyGoober's picture

Well right now its 10am.
Its actually the beginning of spring, its been about 18-20deg lately which for us is just lovely.
Your winter seems like heaven, its nothing like ours, our past winter went as low as minus 5. blooooody freezing!
But thats britian for you i guess.
Wow your uniform sounds llike ess then no material.lol
Yea you got me anticipating,lol.

GoofyGoober's picture

Red riding hood doesn't come out until the 15th so a few more weeks, I keep seeing the preview on tv and I'm actually dying to see it.
The weather lately has been really nice! Last couple weeks have changed dramatically. A month ago it was freezing, frost everywhere, but the last few weeks have been really nice! In 2weeks we've had rain for two days and that's bloody good for us. But its been warn n sunny=)
Is australia always hot?
Sucks you don't get a bank holiday with the wedding, but every country has different holidays, don't they?!
Yes we've also had hot cross buns for ages, Easter eggs came out in february, I know iv already eaten two, hehe.
Hope you've had a lovely weekend! Good Morning!xxx

GoofyGoober's picture

The movie sounds great and its the type off film i love, but its not even released in the uk yet!
Mmmm you kinda got it right, i couldnt really careless about the Olympics. Iv been past the to be stadium numerous times but it doesnt interest me the slightest. I get more pumped up for Easter then world events, such as the royal wedding, which the only good thing about that is, the occasion turns into a holiday,LOL.
im such a bad british citizen!lol
Are you looking forward too it? are planning to come over and watch?
Spirit hurdles sounds dangerous.

GoofyGoober's picture

I love amanda seyfied, and Dear John was just amazing. Is red riding hood a horror or a re-do off the original fairy tale?
Well me I'm more off a artsy/musical person. I'd rather make something or even dance then play/watch sport. You must be super athletic, huh!
Do you play sport at school?

GoofyGoober's picture

For the whole 42 hrs flying lessons needed and exams i need to take it'll cost around 18k.
Yea iv heard off the AFL, i had an aussie friend iv lost in touch with who always talked about it. Me, im not really a sports fan, walkings bad enough =/ anything else to too stressful.
Red riding hood- is that with kristen stewart? i heard she was gonna to be in it.
My weekend was boring, went shopping with my mum and got paint to redecorate my place with.

GoofyGoober's picture

Awww why the tear, its been boring lately.
Piloting is a slow process, at the mo, im studyin books and im going to keep studying untill im extremely confident. its sooooo expensive and just too redo a test it costs about a 1500 and all together theres about 4 exams. Also ill have to save for the whole flying lessons and exams with will end up costing me between 10-18k and then its the yearly pilots licence, an that sure isnt easy to save for when i have other things in life i need to save for. But im sure someday ill get there, lol.
Hows your weekend going?

GoofyGoober's picture

Sawee hun's i didnt see your message.
My side off the world is good actually, the sun has finally risen and its getting warm out. Dont know how long it'll last but its real nice! Easter's soon!!! YUMMY!!!
What you wearing for the concert???

GoofyGoober's picture

Snakes dont bother me at all, but spiders, now they scare the bejesus outta me! even the tiny ones!
Nah you dont sound stuck up at all. Its a good thing you like it.
You didnt tell me about the shoes, lol. but i bet he gets a lot off that-signing shoes n stuff. Can you imagion if it was a premonition.LOL

GoofyGoober's picture

Nah, Im not so scared off snakes. Are they big? dangerous?
I love the aussie accent, its better then my english accent.lol
Are you ready for the holligans? there slowly creeping your way!

GoofyGoober's picture

Are you serious, i thought australia was notorious for HUGE deadly spiders.
Well i had one in my bed once *shudders* the size off a tennis ball =@ i killed its bitch ass, but it still haunts me *tear*
Ohh so you have a strong accent!

GoofyGoober's picture

LOL, off course there isnt people eating spiders, but their so huge in australia they might aswell be =@
Yea this site could do with a few add-ons, its kinda plan.
what part of australia are you from?

GoofyGoober's picture

No, iv never been australia. I wanna go, its looks so beautiful but im SCARED off the HUGE=@ people eating spiders.
Have you ever been to England?
Yea i know the feeling, its amazing. You know dreams have meanings right?
