I think this time I will definitely get my package as for the very 1st time ever I got an email with my shipment number in it and the list of the things I will be getting. My faith has been restored but I still need to wait to find out, if I really get it. By the way, it said that the package had been shipped on the 16th of September. So, 3-4 weeks. The countdown is on :)
Did they say they would send it to you? Where do you stand at right now?
I told myself that if I don't get the package this time, I will just leave it like it is. It doesn't matter, don't care about it much. I just thought if I paid for something I should get it. But now.... whatever.
By the way, Official Hooligans Team have left a comment under the "the welcome package?"topic (I noticed only yesterday :)) saying that if you haven't received the package yet, you should contact the team at memberships@officialhooligans.com

No, not yet. It looks like it has got lost in the post or something. I have contacted the team again and let them know I hadn't received the package yet. They told me I should've received it by now. Then they asked me to confirm the address, apologized for "any inconvenience" and promised to reship it by Wednesday, next week. You know, 1 part of me just wants to let go when the other thinks I should get what I paid for. So, I'm still fighting :) For now.

So why is your poster different from the package one's?? It's so confusing. I promised myself to wait until the coming Monday/Tuesday and then I will be at war with Official Hooligan Team :) So frustrating.
My holiday was nice, thank you. Had a good rest, slept and ate a lot :) I only went back to my country - nothing too special.x

I had a fantastic time at the concert in London. It was soooo good: danced, sang.... Because I had an early entry ticket I got the front row's spot, in front of Phil and the Horn section. I hope I didn't scare them with my big eyes :D I couldn't believe how lucky I was. So happy.

I KNOW, IT WAS AMAAAAAAAZING ! seriously, i didn't stop dancing the whole time - how close did you get, i got second row in the end, and he made a hand heart back at me which made me freak out haha :P

plus one of the meet and greet girls decided she didn't want to carry her SIGNED POSTER and gave it to meet, i was like *_________* YOU HAVE MADE MY LIFE RANDOM HOOLIGAN HAHAHAHHAHA still hyped from it !! cannot wait till october in London now !! EEEKKK

I am going away until the 29th so won't know anything until I come back. Hopefully by then I will have received everything. Please, please, fingers crossed.

Well when wqe went up to the office at first the lady was syaing she didn't know anything about it and we had to talk to someone else but there wasn't anyone else to talk to then finally she told us we had to print our conformation email and show them,so we went to this store where you can pay to use their printers(I don't remember what it was called)and we printed it then we brought it back but it turns out that wasn't our conformation but she said it was ok. I was freaking out the whole time but everything turned out ok,we got wristbands and we were in the front of the line to get in and we got front row right in front of the microphone :D

Anyway, like I said they'd e-mailed me again after I proved them that I'd received my membership with an early entry bundle and not by buying a CD. They were very apologetic about this matter. They asked me to send them my full address (which I did) and promised to send me my membership package. I now am waiting for the shipping confirmation. Will copy and paste the address.
Back! I probably am becoming annoying now :) Sorry. Anyway, UPDATE. I have sent them the e-mail (the proof) that a received after become a member, they apologized and are going to send me my package now. I hope they will dispatch it asap. They should.
If you want I can give you the e-mail address i used to sort all these things out. I got it from Alex (who has already received her package).

No, nothing :(( I emailed them 2 weeks ago asking about the package and they replied to me (calling me Annya, even though I 3 times mentioned my name, Jurate, in that e-mail) saying that the packages will be sent out next week (i.e last week). And still nothing. No shipping e-mail, no package. Then, last Friday I used a different e-mail address asking about the package and they sent me an e-mail back asking if I've got the package (?!?!?!?!) Huh??? I don't know what to think anymore.

i nvr got an email :\ buttt..! i got my package today finally..!!!! i got it without an email wierd..!! i was soo happy to see them laying on my couch..! =D i screamed jumped all around..! oh man.! i literally didnt even know wat to open first haha..! but i was kinda upset to see the wrong size of my shirt it was too big.!! i changed it but i guess it was too late i just hope it wont be complicated to exchange it..! :)

Sorry I couldn't be any more helpful than that. Hopefully the packages will come before mid August as I'm away after the 17th for 2 weeks.....

You'll need to wait until Monday now, I'm afraid. I sent my very 1st e-mail to them on Friday and got a respond Monday afternoon ('bout 4pm). I don't think the office is open at the weekends.

Agree with you. I am very disappointed. We've paid a lot of money and on top of that still have to go out chasing after the things that belong to us. They are having a laugh. Hard to stay true :(
